Die Arbeitsgruppe befasst sich mit speziellen Aspekten des Schlaganfalls:

Vulnerabilität arteriosklerotischer Plaques

Schwerpunkt unserer Arbeitsgruppe ist die Erarbeitung von Techniken zur Identifikation vulnerabler arteriosklerotischer Plaques hirnversorgender Arterien. Dabei nutzen wir innovative MRT-Techniken, kontrastverstärkte Ultraschallelastographie und Biomarker. (Kooperationspartner: CA PD Dr. R. Rückert, Franziskus Krankenhaus Berlin; Prof. Dr. M.
